By purchasing one of our products, user declare to have read and accepted acknowledge the End User License Agreement (EULA), which specify the authorized uses of our products.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices from almarenafoundry.com are in Euro and free of taxes. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All customers of almarenafoundry.com will have to pay the additional French tax “VAT” at 20% (which is included in price). VAT will appear in the checkout page and in the final invoice. EU customers : to avoid paying French VAT during the purchase, you can fill the EU VAT number box with your valid EU VAT number. This option makes you pay your own local VAT.
This website offer various payment options : CB, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal.
For a payment by wire transfer, users are invited to contact us for more information by email at: hello@almarenafoundry.com. The download link will only be available once the payment has been processed. The advertised price must be paid in full after the order confirmation. Data recorded by almarenafoundry.com be evidence of all transactions between you and almarenafoundry.com.

ORDERS

The user commits himself to providing complete, correct and honest information during order process on our website. The order confirmation of one of our products, counts as the commitment is firm and definitive. After checkout user will receive by email the corresponding order, and a download link. The typefaces are delivered in .OTF, .WOFF, .WOFF2 files. The customer account provides access to orders, invoices and download history.

REFUNDS

When the file delivery corresponds to the order made, we are not able to offer a refund once an order has been completed. We may substitute a corrupted or a wrong file. According to the French act signed on 1997, May 20th: the client can not get a refund for the purchase of downloadable products (Fonts) on the Internet.
